In the picturesque city of Folsom, CA, homeowner Leroy Zine envisioned a refreshed master bathroom that embraced comfort, elegance, and modern convenience. With the expertise of America’s Dream HomeWorks—a family-owned, American-made company with over 20 years of remodeling excellence—that vision came to life. This master bathroom remodel was designed as a like-for-like upgrade, enhancing every element of the space while maintaining its familiar layout.
The project began with the removal of the old shower base and built-in bathtub. In their place, our team installed a luxurious freestanding tub and a sleek Dekton Kreta 2CM shower base—chosen for its durability and stunning concrete-inspired aesthetic. Surrounding the new tub and shower are beautifully upgraded walls clad in Dekton Salina 0.8 polished panels, giving the space a clean and spa-like atmosphere.
To further elevate the experience, we installed a Moen Engage Magnetix rain shower head and six-function hand shower, paired with Moen Brantford trim for a classic, brushed nickel finish. A custom shower door adds function and elegance to the upgraded design.
A key focus of this remodel was enhancing convenience and comfort. Two new LED mirrors and LED ceiling lights now brighten the space with soft, energy-efficient illumination. Additional electrical upgrades included integrated outlets—one inside the cabinet and another beside the toilet—to streamline daily routines.
For better ventilation, a new Panasonic fan was installed, and the existing toilet was reinstalled with careful attention to detail.
Rather than replacing the vanity entirely, the homeowners chose to reface the cabinet structure using the DreamLine LUJO Reface Collection System. Finished in White River Forest 8227K-79, this elegant reface brings new life to the bathroom while retaining the original layout.
Topping it off are Cambria Torquay 3CM countertops—a marble-inspired quartz surface offering timeless design and exceptional durability. Complementing the countertop are two Kohler Caxton K-20000-0 sinks and Moen Brantford T6620BN faucets, adding refined style and modern function.

To unify the new design, we installed Tom Duffy Tortosa II Oak Carinena 20MIL luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. This premium flooring mimics the look of natural wood while offering the water resistance and durability ideal for bathrooms.
