In the coastal beauty of Pacifica, CA, a full remodel of the kitchen, master bathroom, and hallway bathroom brought a fresh, luxurious new feel to a beloved home. Guided by America’s Dream HomeWorks—a family-owned, American-made company with over 20 years of remodeling expertise—this transformation merged style, functionality, and timeless craftsmanship. The end result is a cohesive, elegant upgrade that fits perfectly with the home’s serene setting, capturing the essence of coastal sophistication and modern living.
The kitchen remodel started with a full demo: removing old cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, flooring, and lighting. In their place, we installed the DreamLine Custom Painted Cabinetry System finished in the rich, sophisticated shade of Naval. The cabinets feature the classic and versatile Shaker #27 door style, bringing depth, dimension, and timeless character to the heart of the home.
The countertops were replaced with 3CM Portrush Polished quartz from Cambria, whose dramatic veining and rich blue-gray hues bring a bold yet elegant touch. The countertops not only elevate the space aesthetically but also offer incredible durability, resisting scratches, stains, and everyday wear. For the backsplash, State Quartzite & Sandstone Stacked 6×24 White Quartzite tiles from Emser were used, adding organic texture and a natural brightness that contrasts beautifully with the deep navy cabinetry.
Pulls from MacMurray Pacific (P92837.RG) were thoughtfully chosen to add a clean, refined detail to the cabinetry, complementing both the rich cabinet color and the light quartzite backdrop. A new QUWS-875-WH sink and faucet installation provided seamless functionality, while four new can lights flood the space with soft, energy-efficient lighting, ensuring the kitchen is just as inviting at night as it is in daylight.
The master bathroom remodel preserved the familiar layout but introduced an entirely new level of luxury. The shower area now features a stunning Dekton Countertops Kelya Matte 0.8CM base and matching walls, presenting a sleek, dark, and luxurious canvas accented by rich veining that brings a natural stone look without the maintenance.
The plumbing fixtures were upgraded to the Delta Modern Round Non-Shared Function Shower System (342702-CZ), delivering a spa-like experience with a refined, contemporary aesthetic. The custom vanity features cabinetry that matches the overall design theme, topped with a Dekton Kelya 2CM countertop. Dual Kohler K-20000-0 sinks paired with stylish faucets ensure convenience and luxury blend effortlessly.
The new flooring—BB Concrete Mist Matte 12×24 tiles—anchors the space, offering the understated look of poured concrete while providing the warmth and ease of tile. Finishing touches, like the new Panasonic fan, updated light fixture, and modern toilet, bring efficiency, comfort, and lasting value to the newly refreshed space.
The hallway bathroom remodel was also transformed with the same attention to quality and design detail. The existing tub was replaced with a brand-new unit, surrounded by shimmering Emser Tile Kudos 12×24 polished wall tiles. Their reflective finish brightens the bathroom and gives it a more open, airy feel.
New plumbing fixtures were installed, featuring the Delta Modern Square Non-Shared Function Shower System (342701-CZ), maintaining design consistency while adding a bold architectural detail to the space. The vanity was upgraded with a beautiful Cambria Colton 3CM countertop, a Kohler K-20000-0 sink, and matching faucet, tying the room together with elegant simplicity.
The flooring was updated with Citizen Elector Matte 12×24 tiles, blending durability with understated elegance underfoot. Together, these updates create a modern, durable, and visually striking secondary bathroom that feels fresh yet timeless.
With Shota Sh. leading the design, Max from Right Way Construction managing the build, and Julie T. coordinating every detail, this Pacifica remodel was executed with outstanding professionalism. Every material selection, from quartz countertops to cabinetry pulls, was curated to create harmony and flow across the remodeled spaces.
