We used American Dream Homework’s through Costco for our new quartz counter tops and we are extremely happy. We were taken very well care of and had great service from start to finish. The countertop is is gorgeous and updated the look of our kitchen to a real showpiece. The quartz is thick, and cut as one piece so there are no seams and just one big beautiful slab in L shape. The install includes all plumbing and everything from start to finish was top notch and first quality. Very happy and highly recommend American Dream HomeWorks!

We couldn't be happier with our new countertops and sink from America's Dream HomeWorks. The salesman took plenty of time to explain everything about the product, the process and the cost, answering all of our questions in detail. The next visit was by the expert technician who took the precise measurements and created the templates for the job. On installation day, the 2-man crew arrived right on time, immediately went to work and had the job done by the end of the day (including installing our new dishwasher), leaving zero mess behind. Great job!

Easy, fast, and the results are beautiful.We love our new countertops and backsplash. We visited the showroom, and they helped us pick out the countertops (Cambria Portrush), backsplash, and new sink.They demolished the old countertops, installed the new ones + backsplash, as well as a new sink, plumbing, and disposal in less than 3 days. We couldn’t believe it. In Sept 2023 we decided to replace the dark outdated granite in the kitchen. It wasn't difficult selecting new material for the countertops but finding an honest professional contractor was another story. We got several quotes (those big box hardware stores too) and all said they could accommodate our particular kitchen countertop layout (no seams like the existing countertop). When it came time for the final layout to be done (after the payment had been made) all did a bait and switch - they claimed they had to put a seam smack dab in the middle of the counter ruining the esthetic of the look... until we talked to the folks at America's Dream HomeWorks. Although the Silestone quarts (different than our original selection recommended by Mark Groveman, our home improvement sales person, and absolutely loved it) layout was unique and a bit heavy, they did exactly what we wanted including keeping the farmhouse sink and garbage disposal (unique request). The entire staff at AMHW were professional, honest, accommodating, and very easy to work with. We engaged their services through Costco so got a couple of other perks but I would not hesitate to go to them directly in the future for any remodeling projects we decide to do.

Simply the Best!!The highest compliment I could pay the America’s Home Dreamworks Team would be that they treated my home like it was their own if not better in every way. The collaboration from functional design to technical specifications through to execution was seamlessly executed. America’s Dream Homeworks came to me via a glowing recommendation from one of my neighbors. She was so proud and blown away by her kitchen remodel and was down right giddy with excitement to both show and walk me through it. I was so amazed by her kitchen that I had to have them submit a competitive bid for my project. They won the bid hands down.Designer, Shota, was fantastic at both listening to what I was trying to achieve and in combining those ideas with his industry leading design knowledge and experience to craft an amazing transformation. He was with me every step of the design process including the selection of every material choice. The design book he generated for my project was ridiculously detailed and so specific in its ability to convey exactly what the finished project was to look like.Technical Design, Vlad K. expertly translated the functional design to detailed technical specifications and final pricing. This is where the value of the functional design document really came to light. Vlad in partnership with myself reviewed each requirement and made refinements to improve functionality and esthetics for what would work best for my project.Execution, Vasyl, Vlad B., & Peter are the folks who made the magic happen and are without a doubt the Dream Team! A major renovation is a big disruption and can feel extremely invasive. This project especially given the amount of integration required, across a few supporting vendors I contracted with separately, to handle a few additional requirements. America’s Dream Homeworks being the primary GC made it absolutely seamless. I was so impressed with how methodical they were in every aspect of demolition, construction, final prep and turnover. Their expertise in how best to translate specifications into what works best for you is just crazy good. There attention to detail and unparalleled ownership of all aspect on and offsite were flat out excellent! They listen, they collaborate, and they are laser focused on getting it right. Every inspection passed with flying colors. Each inspection acknowledged the team for their professionalism adherence to detail.Were there issues? Yes a few as is to be expected with any major renovation. All were resolved timely and with an emphasis on meeting customer expectations and satisfaction.In closing I’ll just say this, I too have that same giddiness and exuberance for my finished renovation project. The results are pinch yourself good. Its so rare to have your expectations not just met but hands down blown away. We are very pleased with our experience and the results of our kitchen remodeling done by America's Dream HomeWorks (ADH). After initially meeting with several independent contractors, we saw one of ADH's trucks and sign in our neighborhood. We noticed they had a showroom on Watt Avenue and decided to pay them a visit. We much preferred being able to view cabinets, countertops, flooring, and hardware in one location, rather than having to visit several locations recommended by other contractors.On our visit to the showroom, Michael (one of the design consultants) showed us around and we scheduled a home visit. He came out and after listening to our overall plans he made several valuable suggestions and provided us with an initial estimate. After a follow-up visit to the showroom to finalize our selections and contract, Vlad K. (Design Consultant/Technical Measurements) came out to finalize all the technical details.After scheduling our project around our schedule, Max and Andrew came to do the demolition and installation. Each day they kept us informed of their progress, checked with us regarding any decisions that we needed to make, and kept things on schedule. During this process we also met Viktar from the Paint Department and Philip from the Countertop Fabrication Department. Also, Julie from the office kept everything on schedule and kept us informed.All the people we met from ADH were pleasant, easy to work with, and really wanted us to be satisfied in regard to their part in our remodeling project. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend ADH.

We recently remodeled our kitchen with America’s Dream Homeworks and it’s completely amazing! Not only that, it was also a smooth process that started and ended on time.Just so you know, this is my honest opinion, nobody paid me or offered discounts of any kind.This was a big project for us. We talked to probably seven different companies and also to several contractors before choosing this company. Pricewise, they were all very similar so we based our decision on materials quality, timing and communication.We visited the showroom and were impressed with the selection and quality of materials. The showroom is huge! Plan on spending a couple of hours there, preferably with the designer you are working with.America’s DreamWorks team gave us all the details that we needed, discussed options, pricing etc. When the work started, they were also great at letting us know all the key dates via email and phone updates. It was very helpful to know all these dates and milestones ahead of time since it’s a big project that impacts your whole life. The team also asked us for all relevant inputs like the direction of tiles etc.Finally, we were so pleased that the project finished on time! I don’t think it ever happens with remodeling so this was a nice surprise. It took full 4 weeks to complete it. A long time without a kitchen but pretty much half the time other companies were quoting us.By now it’s been two weeks in our new kitchen and we love it. Top quality work, done by professionals.Overall, highly recommend! America’s Dream HomeWorks really lives up to its name!

America’s Dream HomeWorks has done a fantastic job with our kitchen. All through the design through final cleanup process, everything has been smooth. Not only are the people who realized the kitchen very good at what they do, they’re also extremely friendly and accommodating. It’s a big plus to have people that have a great attitude over in the house while the kitchen is being built. Installation quality is amazing. Cabinet-and door-gaps are all identical and the kitchen looks great from both afar and up close. Igor, the main installer is very good at what he does. Special thanks to him. In addition, we want to give a special shout out to Vlad. Whenever people are working in the home he’ll drop by to make sure everything is working out. In addition, he’s easy to reach and will return calls/texts fast if he isn’t. Very re-assuring to have someone you can ask questions at any point.We’re super happy with the quality of work that has been done and when comparing to other places pricing was very reasonable for the work done.BTW, dishwasher will be replaced with one that allows panel (like fridge and freezer). Applicance company, NOT America's Dream HomeWorks, sent incorrect (non-panel) dishwasher.Thanks!Joseph and family

We needed a repair due to a surprise leak in our kitchen island. We vetted many contractors and felt America's Dream HomeWorks was the company to trust. They expedited our repair since we were left only with 2x4’s to support our island after water mitigation services demolished the island.We are beyond pleased with our new kitchen island!!! Top notch service all around from Mark Groveman, our Home Design Consultant, to David Chernioglo, Operations Manager, to Vera Murza, Stone Project Coordinator, to the Team Viktor's who did a lovely job on putting back together our kitchen island. Also, a shout goes out to all of the behind-the-scenes team. They put careful attention and detail into this project. They were very responsive to emails and phone calls. We appreciated the open communication immensely.Another plus is that they have a huge warehouse! It was nice to see and touch things to get a feel for what they would be like in the house. And you can take home samples as well.Thank you for giving us our kitchen back! Our island looks so good! Nick and Ram did the countertops - the stone was so much more beautiful than I had imagined. A one-day installation. Our project involved complete tear out of 220 sf kitchen, removal of drop and sloping ceiling, replacing oversized window to accommodate corner cabinets at both sides of new sink, installation of standard height counter and cabinets, new can lights, all new appliances, new electrical subpanel, relocating a heating vent, and retrofitting flooring as needed in bald spots. As with any project, there are challenges to be addressed and my 3 contacts (Osa sales & design, Vlad K. technical measurements, and Andrey project manager) worked with me as needed. However, we need to keep these things in mind with a project of this scope: 1) when there is a structural issue identified before contract signing, such as the slope of our ceiling, the contractor must investigate BEFORE building the new cabinets to prevent extra cost of building additional cabinets as well as time delays because the first set of new cabinets ended up being too tall to fit in the compact space between the slope and the rafters. This extra cost and chain reaction of short delays could have been avoided if contractor asked to open the ceiling in the sloped area after contract signing but before making the cabinets. The result is that we ended up with 3 cabinets not installable in the kitchen. 2) The contract needs to spell out who is responsible for coordinating delivery and installing appliances as well as extra support pieces that may need to be purchased, such as water hookups in the wall or water hoses to connect to those water lines. It all adds to the total cost. My actual rating is 4.5 because the final result is a functional, efficient, and gorgeous kitchen. We are all happy with the installation of the options we chose. One of the reasons we chose ADH is that the Watt Ave showroom has so many varied options on display as used in a kitchen and all is high quality.

The kitchen counter top was torn down and new top, sink, faucet, garbage disposal and drawer pulls installed in one day. Great experience and love the results! Revitalized my early 90's kitchen!
